Aron B. Borukhov has 25-years of experience in both law and finance.
As a licensed attorney, Aron has advised clients on a variety of legal matters, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and intellectual property. He is a highly skilled attorney with a passion for advocacy and a commitment to achieving justice for his clients.
As the founder and one of the managing partners of his law firm ( Aron B. Borukhov & Associates PC ), Aron has earned a reputation as a tireless advocate and skilled negotiator. He is known for his strategic approach to litigation, working closely with his clients to develop personalized legal strategies that address their unique needs and goals.
Aron is licensed to practice law in New York, and is a member of several professional organizations, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
